On December 5, 2012, 48-year-old Robert Myers was shot and killed in Charlotte, North Carolina. The incident occurred during an altercation near the 400 block of State Street in the northwest part of the city. Despite immediate investigations by the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, the case remains unsolved.
