Darren Leonard Taylor, a 27-year-old man from Durham, North Carolina, was tragically shot on December 7, 2013. The incident occurred at an apartment on Commerce Street in Durham. Taylor was asleep when he was shot during the early hours of the morning. He was rushed to Duke Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries two days later, on December 9, 2013.
