On February 1, 2014, 28-year-old Alfredo Jobel was shot and killed in Durham, North Carolina. Jobel had just returned home from a car wash around 1:30 p.m. when he was shot near his residence on Liberty Street. A black Honda was seen speeding away from the area after the shooting, though it's unclear if this vehicle was connected to the crime. Investigators believe the incident may have stemmed from an altercation Jobel had at the car wash.
The case remains unsolved, with police seeking further information.
