On June 17, 2015, 20-year-old De'Angelo Dumas was tragically shot and killed in east Charlotte, North Carolina. The shooting occurred around 10 p.m. on Finchley Drive, in a neighborhood near Eastgate and Sugar Creek. Authorities responded to the scene, but Dumas was pronounced dead shortly afterward.
