Montez Brandon, a 25-year-old man from Durham, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on December 24, 2016. He was fatally shot in the 3000 block of Ivey Wood Lane in Durham. Brandon was transported to a local hospital but succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. The incident occurred around 4:30 p.m., and a second man was also injured in the shooting.
