A man is murdered at a Family Fare/BP
On February 14, 2017, 41-year-old John Wesley Pruitt Jr. was shot during a robbery at the Family Fare BP gas station on Guess Road in Durham, North Carolina. Pruitt, who had worked at the store for over 10 years, was fatally wounded during the attempted robbery and later died from his injuries.
