Kenneth Lee Bailey Jr., a 24-year-old African American male, was fatally shot by Durham police officers on February 15, 2017, in Durham, North Carolina. At approximately 2:20 p.m., officers from the Durham Police Department's Selective Enforcement Team attempted to serve an arrest warrant on Bailey in the 2500 block of Glenbrook Drive, within the Club Boulevard public housing complex.
