Terri Kay Roark, a 31-year-old woman from Texas, was found murdered on March 29, 1988, along the shoulder of Interstate 87 near the Thaddeus Kosciusko Bridge (Twin Bridges) in Clifton Park, New York. Her body was discovered with a fatal skull fracture, and the case was quickly ruled a homicide.
