In the quiet town of Wallkill, New York, the life of 20-year-old Megan McDonald was brutally cut short in March 2003. A student at SUNY Orange County Community College, she was discovered on March 15, 2003, in a field, the victim of what was determined to be blunt force trauma. Two days later, her white Mercury Sable was found abandoned in the parking lot of the Kensington Manor apartment complex. The case would remain a painful mystery for her family and the community for two decades.
