In the pre-dawn hours of Saturday, April 18, 2026, the life of 15-year-old Omar Flores of Ontario was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in Baldwin Park. The young Latino male, also known by the nickname "Lethal," was in the parking lot of a 7-Eleven in the 12900 block of Bess Avenue when the shooting occurred at approximately 5:10 a.m. First responders arrived to find Flores with a gunshot wound to his chest, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
