In the early morning hours of April 11, 2026, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace in Goshen, a community near Visalia, California, leaving a young man's life tragically cut short. Marco Cazarez, a 33-year-old man, was found deceased at the scene by Tulare County Sheriff's deputies who responded to reports of a shooting. The incident, which unfolded on the 30500 block of Road 76, also left two other men wounded.
