In the quiet community of Pinnacle, North Carolina, the life of 33-year-old Cidney Banks was tragically cut short on the afternoon of Tuesday, February 10, 2026. The Stokes County Sheriff's Office responded to a call at approximately 4:24 p.m. on the 1100 block of Robert C. Kellam Road, where they discovered two individuals had been shot. Banks was pronounced dead at the scene from gun violence, while a second victim was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
