In the early morning hours of Friday, February 13, 2026, the life of 19-year-old Evan Taylor was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. A student at Shepherd University, Evan was discovered by law enforcement and first responders inside a University Heights Apartment off Hensel Drive, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
