In the heart of Manchester, New Hampshire, on the afternoon of February 16, 2026, the life of 29-year-old Kade Harrower was tragically cut short. First responders were dispatched to an apartment building at 1015 Elm Street around 3:42 p.m. following a 911 call about an injured male.
