In the quiet town of Princess Anne, Maryland, the afternoon of January 26, 2026, was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of 46-year-old Derrick Knox. Around 2 p.m., law enforcement responded to reports of a shooting on Dryden Lane. Upon arrival, they discovered Knox and another man, Kevin Pillar, inside a Kia Seltos SUV, both suffering from gunshot wounds.

Emergency medical personnel pronounced Derrick Knox dead at the scene. An autopsy later confirmed that he died from ...
