On the evening of December 30, 2025, Ricardo Manuel Perez-Montalvan, a 31-year-old Latino man, was fatally shot in East Los Angeles. The incident occurred at approximately 8:15 p.m. in the 4700 block of Telegraph Road. Perez-Montalvan was with three other adult men, seated inside a vehicle, when they were ambushed.
