On a Tuesday afternoon in Baltimore, the life of 36-year-old Hakeem Dinguall was tragically cut short. On November 5, 2025, at approximately 3:45 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting in the 200 block of North Mount Street in the Franklin Square neighborhood.
