Veda Wilson, 66, a female from Los Angeles, was found mortally wounded inside a residence in the West Athens area just before 6 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, after deputies were dispatched to the 11800 block of South New Hampshire Avenue west of Vermont Avenue and south of the Glenn Anderson Freeway.
