Kamarri Brockman, 16, a Black male, was found just before 8 a.m. on October 8, 2025, in an alley off the 6000 block of South Prairie Avenue in Chicago's Washington Park neighborhood. He had a gunshot wound to the chest and was pronounced dead at the scene.
