Bryan Rangel Razo, 20, male, was discovered on the morning of October 8, 2025, lying near the intersection of Creag Avenue and Seaview Drive in the unincorporated community of Homeland, Riverside County. Deputies from the Perris Station responded at 9:29 a.m. to a report of a possible deceased person and found him with an apparent gunshot wound and obvious signs of death.
