On February 10, 1990, six-year-old Paula Holguin was one of the victims of the infamous Las Cruces Bowling Alley massacre in Las Cruces, New Mexico. On that morning, two unidentified gunmen entered the Las Cruces Bowl, where they rounded up seven people, including Paula, her father Steven Teran, her two-year-old sister Valerie, and others.
