In the small community of Riverton, Wyoming, the summer of 2025 was marked by tragedy with the death of 18-year-old Brandon Bell. A young man known for his love of skateboarding and basketball, his life was abruptly cut short on the evening of Thursday, July 3, 2025, in Arapahoe. He was a student at St. Stephen's Indian High School and was cherished by his family and friends for the joy he found in spending time with them, especially his niece and nephews.
