On October 1, 2025, the life of 20-year-old Tyler Sadowski was cut tragically short in a violent encounter in Barron, Wisconsin. On that Wednesday afternoon, Tyler, his 17-year-old sister Makayla Sadowski, their mother, and Makayla's two-year-old child returned to an apartment on Candy Lane. When Makayla entered the apartment, she was met by her 17-year-old boyfriend, Marcus Hinojosa, who was already inside and opened fire, shooting her.
