In the quiet community of Eastover, South Carolina, a domestic dispute on a late Monday afternoon tragically escalated, ending the life of 60-year-old Dale Segura. On June 30, 2025, deputies from the Richland County Sheriff's Department were called to a residence in the 1500 block of Chain Gang Road shortly after 5:00 p.m. following reports of a dispute.
