On January 15, 2011, 23-year-old Luis M. Venegas-Gonzalez was fatally shot at the Twin Peaks lookout in San Francisco. The incident occurred after an altercation with a group of men, who were later described as two or three white or Hispanic males. Following the shooting, the suspects fled the scene in a white Honda Odyssey minivan.
