In the late hours of a Saturday night in Orangeburg, South Carolina, the life of 28-year-old Cameron Ryant was brought to a tragic and abrupt end. On September 6, 2025, gunshots echoed through the Roosevelt Garden Apartments on Presidential Drive. When deputies arrived at approximately 11:30 p.m., they discovered Ryant had been fatally shot. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The investigation into the shooting led authorities to identify 21-year-old Quentin Williams Jr. as the suspect. ...
