Austin Lamont Turner, 31, male, African American/Black, was shot on July 7, 2025, in Penn Hills, Pennsylvania, after arriving at a business near the intersection of Frankstown Road and Duff Road. Police and medics were dispatched a little after 6 p.m. to the 11000 block of Frankstown Road, where first responders found Austin Lamont Turner suffering from a gunshot wound.
