Razelle Shelton, 22, a Black male from Rankin, Pennsylvania, died on August 28, 2025, after he was shot near the intersection of Oak Way and Duquesne Street around 3:10 p.m. First responders found Razelle Shelton, 22, with a gunshot wound; he was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. By that evening and into the next day, authorities confirmed his identity through the Allegheny County Medical Examiner.
