Salvador Ramirez, 48, a male working as a security guard, was on duty outside 99 Bottles & Cocktails along the 8000 block of Katella Avenue in unincorporated Anaheim shortly before 1 a.m. on Sunday, June 22, 2025, when gunfire shattered the quiet at the curb.
