Do you know who murdered Vernon Todd?
On June 12, 1998, Vernon Ray Todd, a 16-year-old, was tragically shot while riding his bicycle in downtown Las Vegas near Ogden and Cervantes. Witnesses reported hearing gunshots, and Todd was found at the scene after neighbors called 911. A dark blue low rider vehicle with chrome rims was seen in the area around the time of the shooting, but no suspects were immediately identified. Despite initial efforts to solve the case, the homicide remains unsolved, with authorities still seeking leads.
