On July 8, deputies arrested 28-year-old Argel Barragan near Wildwood Road on suspicion of murder and attempted murder, and on July 9 they arrested 24-year-old Angel Chavez on the same charges. In total, investigators reported four arrests tied to the homicide of Marissa Ramirez-Tellez, 34, along with the recovery of about twenty firearms, multiple stolen vehicles, and the eradication of marijuana grows.
