Dominick Anthony Concepcion, a 26-year-old male, was found shot to death on the afternoon of July 15, 2002, inside a condominium on the 5000 block of Spencer Street near Hacienda Avenue in Las Vegas. He was discovered alongside his brother, Eric Concepcion, 22, after a neighbor peered through a window and called for help when no one answered the door.
