William Irvin, 24, a male Hispanic from Los Angeles, was shot in broad daylight on Thursday, August 28, 2025, on the 4500 block of Whittier Boulevard in East Los Angeles. Deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's East L.A.
