Lyova Heroyan, 35, a male, was found shot to death inside his Hollywood apartment building on North Cherokee Avenue late in the morning of September 13, 2025. County authorities later identified Lyova Heroyan, 35, as the victim, with the medical examiner listing the manner of death as homicide and the cause as multiple gunshot wounds.
