Ruben Dominguez DeLa Cruz

Ruben Dominguez De La Cruz, a 38-year-old Hispanic/Latino man, was shot in a Panorama City park late on the night of September 17, 2025. Officers were dispatched just before midnight to 8825 Kester Avenue, the grounds of Sepulveda Recreation Center, where they found him suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was formally pronounced dead early the next day; the coroner identified him and ruled the manner of death a homicide caused by multiple gunshot wounds.
