Shawn Christian Watson, 38, a male from Ariton, Alabama, was found shot to death in his bed in the early hours of June 14, 2025. Deputies were dispatched just after 2:00–2:30 a.m. to a residence on West Main Street, and the coroner pronounced him dead at the scene.
