Djibril Diol, a 29-year-old male of Senegalese descent, was a promising civil engineer whose American dream turned into a nightmare in the early hours of August 5, 2020. He, along with four members of his family, perished in a deliberately set house fire in Denver's Green Valley Ranch neighborhood.
