On a festive Sunday afternoon, November 21, 2021, the community of Waukesha, Wisconsin, gathered for its annual Christmas parade. Among the cheerful participants was 8-year-old Jackson Sparks, a White male from Mukwonago. He was marching with his baseball team, the Waukesha Blazers, when the joyous occasion turned into a scene of horror.
