On April 15, 1981, 22-year-old white female Louise Ann Dal Santo was found dead in her apartment at the Woodcreek complex in Clarkston, Georgia. Her body was discovered lying face down in the bathtub, and she had been strangled. The circumstances of her death bore disturbing similarities to other cases that occurred in the Atlanta area during the same period, involving young women found murdered in their bathtubs.
