Christina “Tina” Leal, a 23-year-old Hispanic woman, was tragically murdered in Riverside County, California, on December 13, 1989. Her death was part of a chilling series of homicides attributed to William Lester Suff, a convicted serial killer known as the “Riverside Prostitute Killer” and the “Lake Elsinore Killer.” Suff targeted women—many of whom were sex workers—across Riverside County between 1986 and 1991, leaving a trail of brutalized victims in his wake.
