In a central Las Vegas valley neighborhood on a Friday afternoon, an argument between two men escalated into a fatal shooting. The victim was identified as Jean Richard Paul, a 45-year-old Black male from Henderson, who succumbed to multiple gunshot wounds on August 27, 2010.
