Tiffany Gill, a 4-year-old white female, was tragically murdered on July 31, 1983, in St. Louis, Missouri. She was killed alongside her mother, Colleen Gill, in what was later determined to be a brutal double homicide. The family had recently moved into a home on Washington Terrace and were known in the community as the owners of a local hair salon, Colette & Thomas for Hair Ltd., located in Des Peres, Missouri.
