On June 5, 2003, investigators acting on a search warrant at 479 Mount Olivet Road in Kingston Township, Luzerne County, uncovered a burn-pit strewn with bone fragments and the shallow graves of multiple people. Among the dead was **Frank “Rudy” James, a 29-year-old male** whose charred remains suggested he had been killed elsewhere, doused with accelerant, then set alight and hurriedly buried on the property.
