Tina Marie Cribbs, a 34-year-old white woman and mother of two, was murdered in early November 1995 in Tampa, Florida. She had met a man named Glen Edward Rogers at a lounge in Gibsonton, a small town just south of Tampa. Rogers, a former carnival worker with a history of drifting across states, was later identified as the man responsible for her death.
