Linda Lake, a 45-year-old resident of Pine Hills, Florida, tragically lost her life on August 1, 2015. The incident occurred in the early afternoon when she was found fatally shot in the roadway on Rubens Court, a neighborhood near North Hiawassee and Clarcona Ocoee roads. Witnesses reported that Linda was shot in front of her two children, who were left unharmed. The suspect, identified as 33-year-old Travis Bivins, fled the scene in a vehicle that was later found with a bullet hole in the wind ...
