On a warm evening in Las Vegas, the life of a 54-year-old Asian man, Louis Kim, came to a violent and tragic end. On June 21, 2012, at approximately 8:25 p.m., Kim was found bleeding on the ground in the 300 block of Baltimore Avenue, near the Stupak Community Center. He had been stabbed, and despite being rushed to University Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries. The Clark County coroner later ruled his death a homicide.
