Regina Kay Walters, a 14-year-old White female from Pasadena, Texas, was tragically murdered in 1990 by serial killer Robert Ben Rhoades, also known as the "Truck Stop Killer." Regina had run away from home with her 18-year-old boyfriend, Ricky Lee Jones, in early February 1990, intending to hitchhike to Mexico. However, their journey took a horrifying turn when they encountered Rhoades, a long-haul trucker with a history of violent crimes.
