Wayne Shugar, a 61-year-old Caucasian male, was tragically murdered alongside his wife, Vicky Shugar, in their home in Brockway, Pennsylvania. The couple was found shot to death in the basement of their residence. The crime occurred between April 10 and April 12, 2010, and authorities launched an extensive investigation into the double homicide.
