Kimberly Gaye Rawlins, a 21-year-old Caucasian woman, tragically lost her life on April 1, 1979, in Orange County, California. Her death was part of a series of brutal crimes committed by Gerald Parker, a former Marine known as the "Bedroom Basher." Parker was responsible for a string of violent home invasion attacks that terrorized the region in the late 1970s.
