Mabel “Ma” Collings Bell, an 83-year-old white female, was tragically assaulted on the evening of May 29, 1985, in Arcadia, California. She was a victim of Richard Ramirez, infamously known as the 'Night Stalker,' a serial killer who terrorized California during the mid-1980s.
